Park Plaza Apartments is proud to welcome cats and dogs to our pet-friendly community.
Pet Guidelines
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home
- One-time, non-refundable pet fee: **$250 per pet**
- Monthly pet rent: **$35 per pet**
- All pets must be approved by management
- Breed restrictions apply
PetScreening is required for all residents. There is a **$25 registration fee per household pet**, while households without pets register **free of charge**. There is **no cost** to register approved assistance animals.
